I pretended my weight didn’t exist for so long, and I NEVER stepped on a scale. I knew when wearing a size 24 jeans that my weight was shooting up. I thought maybe…250 lbs? When I finally had to step on the scale at the doctor’s office, I weighed 315 lbs. I was devastated. Dealing with PCOS, binge eating disorder, and depression, losing weight has always been a struggle for me. At the end of 2009, I decided that enough was enough. Over the next two years I lost 170 lbs. I learned everything I could about nutrition, I tried every class at the gym until I found something I liked.
I wanted more out of life. I wanted to love my body, wear cute clothes, feel confident. Now I work out 6 days a week at home, I meal prep, and no matter how many bumps in the road, I never stop moving forward. I promise I am a HOT mess. I still have my issues. So if I can do this, I PROMISE you can!! I honestly never thought that I’d make fitness my BUSINESS and completely change my life. You HAVE to change your limiting beliefs!! You can do whatever you tell yourself you can do!
