I’ll post these anyway. It’s technically been 3 weeks, but the first 2 weeks I splurged on the weekends. That’s why there’s not that much progress. It’s definitely a lot more challenging this time around. But I feel better and I do see some bloating has gone down. I have started weight training and I know that takes time to show. Stay positive and work as hard as you want this!
Side note: I have no idea what I’m Doing with my arms…
