There’s 1 year and 4 months between those pictures. I don’t know if you can see the difference, but I had no better “before” pictures since I hated to see myself. 👎
I was so miserable (still working on it), avoiding mirrors and hating my body. I used to hate working out and ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I’m still struggling with all that stuff, I started over almost every week. But I kept pushing through, and I’m still amazed about what I did. Some days I can’t even see a difference, I wouldn’t workout at all and eat junk all day 🍟🍕🍩!!
I’m so much more confident, I’m still very self-conscious but I’m finally confident enough to wear crop-tops, short shorts etc. My goal now is to lose maybe 4 or 5 other kilos but mostly get my abs on point 👌.
I want to be the strongest person I know, I want to be my biggest inspiration, that’s what I’m aiming for.
