It’s taking longer than I’d anticipated to finish this weight loss journey but I don’t mind it, knowing that I’m making healthier lifestyle choices and consistently staying active.
Summer is always a difficult time to maintain a diet and workout regimen but I haven’t gained weight and that I’m happy about. I’ve been doing a lot of strength training the past couple of months and I can definitely see progress, especially in my biceps and in my legs.
