Hey! So I’ve been focusing on getting healthy for the past four months and so far I’ve lost 20 pounds. I had some weeks where I slipped up, but I’m proud to say that I haven’t given up. I’ve been trying to eat as clean as possible and getting more activity (lifting weights, jump roping, walking, etc.)
Height: 5'10"
Highest Weight: 228 pounds (left photo)
Current Weight: 208 pounds (right photo)
Goal Weight: 185 pounds
Ultimate Goal Weight: 170 pounds (I used to weigh 170 pounds a couple years ago, and I’m so ready to get back to it!)
