Week 10 - 133lbs

So, 2 and a half months, 2 and a half stone down. I was reluctant to put on these photos because I’m in my underwear but I’m happy to see some progress.
I still have a paunch. I could probably try and do some exercises to gain definition. My arms are way too flabby. My butt is fairly flat now, although that’s not so clear. Lost a bra size. I have no clue how to slim my legs. Tracey Anderson has those lean and definition programmes so I might try that. But for 10 weeks, I’m proud of myself.
