Sometimes I’m really harsh on myself so I decided to submit this as a reminder that I’m doing quite well.
I started at the end of February have lost three and a half stone so far. I want to lose another one and a half ish (although I want to get hench so I’m not too fussed about weight, more how I feel).
I go to the gym six days a week and have one cheat meal a week. I do about 30-45 minutes of cardio a day and various weight lifting exercises along with squats etc. :)
