Here it is, my 2013 before photo VS my today look , after 1 month of haaard lifting ( 6 days per week- 2-3 hours)
I’ve gained volume till March and i’m not really sure it is a good idea, i feel a little uncomfortable these days. Hope it’s the effect of the process ! :)
SW: 76 KG / 167 lbs
CW: Not sure anymore, around 60-65 KG / 132-143 lbs
UGW: Finally happy :)
