I started my journey on the first of March weighing 158kg the second photo was taken at the start of may I was down to 135kg. I lost all that weight through clean eating only. I’ve now added fitness to my clean eating and although the scales aren’t moving much my measurements are all coming down! Keep pushing one day at a time
