Basically I’ve completely changed my diet and how much I exercise. And I have changed my way thinking, from “wanting to stop eating bad food and start exercising to get skinny” to “wanting to stop eating bad food and start exercising so I can be healthy”. I have stopped thinking that every time I eat something bad, I’ve gained weight. No, now I think that every time I eat like that, I’m poisoning my body. I want to be healthy and live as long as I can! Change your way of thinking and change your life!!
