The bottom two pictures are the most recent.
5'3, approx. 190+ lbs and 5'4, around 155-160 lbs, ~45 pounds lost.
It was somewhat rocky, but slowly I’m finding balance and happiness. I’ve learned a lot about good nutrition and exercise over these last two years, which is really all you need to achieve results.
This wasn’t easy at all but it definitely was more than worth it. There were many weeks and months that I fell off, and didn’t work out or eat right, but most importantly I kept getting back up and trying!
I’ve lost a ton of fat, gained a lot of muscle, and am excited to see what the future holds. :)
