5'9" and 20 pound fat loss in a little over a year:) Gained a lot of muscle though, so the scale might not be the best reflection of what actually went down. Honestly, I could say a whole bunch of stuff about what I did specifically, but the only thing that really matters is whether you believe you can do it<3 Because whether you do or you don’t, you’re right.
