These photos are two years apart. I lost my first 30 lbs, and then took a break during pregnancy with my son, so it has technically taken me about 14 months to lose the weight.
I’ve personally found success with clean eating, very little or no process foods and no refined sugar. I do occasional strength training at home, but besides chasing my children around I don’t exercise often.
I plan to start training for a 5k soon, and would ultimately like to lose a bit more and gain muscle tone.
