After: 275lbs
I lost 25lbs in a little over three months by cutting out all carbs and sugars and starches. I didn’t even exercise, I’m obviously not done with my journey at all what so ever but I’m glad that I’ve come so far. Those are the same jeans too! I’ve lost a ton in my legs thighs hips and breasts.
But for me it’s not even the actual weight loss it’s the small changes that are happening.
I can climb a flight of stairs without passing out at the top, I take hip hop classes, I can do criss cross apple sauce again I can lift my legs higher, I don’t have to open my door so wide to get out of my car anymore, I can fit into smaller spaces. It just makes me so happy to be able to do things I was never able to do even as a child. I’ve been obese all my life and seeing my body change is fascinating!
