Here is my #TransformationTuesday
The before picture is hard to look at and I have a long way to go still. I lost about 20lbs through clean eating and exercise. I’ve changed a lot not just through my body, but my heart and mind. Back then I was really depressed, struggling in community college, and alone. Today, I’m a month from graduating university, completing an internship, living with my favorite person, and happier/healthier than ever!
