On the left you can see corporate stresfull work, loneliness, depression, binge eating and staying hungry, bulimia and laziness. It was my lowest point - not only regarding my fitness goals but also my life generally.
On the right you can see a person who has found her motivation again, her love, her inner peace and her determination. I’ve never felt better and I have a wonderful friend (who is also my boyfriend :) who reminds me every day that I can have ANYTHING I want and wish for, all I have to do is to work hard ….
I dont have any miracle recipe for losing weight. One day I just got tired of losing.
The photo on the right is taken this morning. Regarding my long illness, today was my first cardio morning after 5 weeks and I’ve felt quite miserable. But all I needed was to remind myself what I’ve achieved
