I can’t believe I’m actually posting this, but I’m really proud of my progress so far. Almost three weeks ago I totally flipped my lifestyle and started working out daily (a rest day every 6th day) and eating clean, with as little processed foods as I can, and completely cut out caffeine (switching to over 2 liters of water a day) and watching my calories and what I’m really putting in my body. I started this because I finally love myself. I had to love myself where I was to want to get better. I finally didn’t want to do it because I hated the way I looked or anything of the sort, I changed because I want to take care of my body because I love my body. On the scale it’s only 5 pounds difference but it physically feels like so much more. I can’t believe the progress of almost three weeks. It’s incredibly encouraging. And my wife even told me I had “magical hips” today. Hahaha. I’m not where I want to be but I’m well on my way!
