I started this journey 9 weeks ago. I’ve lost 5 inches off my thickest section (my hips) and gained a lot of muscle. I’m down 2 pants sizes and feel incredible. A mostly paleo diet and moderate exercise at least 4 days a week have totally made this possible. I’m only halfway to my goal (another pant size down) but I’m ready for the challenge!
