This is how my body has changed over 9 months of lifting and eating for my goals. I am super proud of those little hamstrings - all those RDLs and glute-ham raises are paying off!

It’s not easy to share these photos. I’ve had a complicated and difficult relationship with my body for almost as long as I can remember. But I’m amazed at what it’s capable of, how strong it has become, and its capacity for change. 

Can’t wait to see what the next 9 months brings.
