There’s 6.8kg or 15 lbs difference between these pics - about 50 days of tracking food, being more active (thanks #FitBit!) and trying to stay consistent with my habits. To be honest I do SEE much difference but I definitely FEEL a bit difference! I walk faster, I climb stairs easier, I’m so much better at making healthy food choices! I didn’t put all this weight on over 50 days so I should expect for it to come off in 50 days either! ๐๐ Note to self: DONT STOP!
