Never give up on yourself! The photo on the left was the 1st photo that I ever posted on Instagram. It’s the photo that made me realize I had let my health slip through my fingers. I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and I felt like I was suffocating in my own body. 75lbs later and I’m happy, healthy and sooooooo comfortable in my body!! I never thought I could get this far….but I did. So can you!
