I’m 5'6". Picture on the left was taken at my friend’s wedding almost exactly a year ago. I hated that dress!
I almost felt sick when I saw the photos but it took me months to actually do anything about it. Must have been 210lbs in the first pic, the one on the right is this morning at 163lbs. Almost 50lbs down, 45lbs of that since August 2016. I feel like a different person! Still got a lot more that I want to achieve but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come over the last five months!
