It’s been a long process,but in two years I have now lost a total of 7.5 stone.since April 2016 in have lost over 4.7 stone.
I showed these pictures to a diabetic nurse and she confirmed what I already knew,if i had carried on the way I was going then I would of been diabetic by Christmas and I would of had leg ulcers all before the age of 29.That confirmation has shocked me and I am so happy that I changed my life that day and it has made me more determined.I just wish I had done it sooner.
