I’ve been wanting to personally see if I’ve made any progress since I’ve started working out, years ago. The pic on the left was uploaded in 2011 while the one on the right was taken today. It’s interesting that when I took the pic on the left, my goal was to stay as thin as possible and eat as little as possible. Well jump almost 6 years later and I’ve actually grown tons and become much healthier.

I wish I had my height/weight then or now, but alas, I do not. 

Honestly, my eating was/is just staying away from unusually healthy food like junk food. Sure I would slightly fall off the wagon, but I always remembered my goal. Which would help me get myself back together, usually the next day. 

My workout regime has changed throughout the years, whether it be every day, every other day, what have you. One thing that never changed, was the consistency. I always made sure to go every morning (or every other morning), to start my day with a workout. 

I’m a Work in Progress and can’t wait to see more results! :]
