I lost weight and gained some good habits
I learned a little about acceptance
Because it’s not about shaming yourself into changing, it’s about seeing that you have bad habits that need changing.
I’m not just chasing a goal that can be met and checked off by a scale number I am creating a lifestyle that I enjoy
