This is my first one of these!! Can’t believe I feel like I’m actually eligible to do one!!

I know they’re different angles but I assure you there’s weight loss there too! Here’s me working towards my goal of looking good in my bridesmaid dress over the past 3 and a half/nearly 4 months. Weight loss has been unfortunately slow (not really sure why tbh… think I’m just unlucky!) but I’m feeling so much happier in the dress! 3 bra sizes down and a clothes size down too! 10lb on the scale too although I try not to weigh myself. My sisters big day is 7th April 2017. Eek!!

I feel my diet has been very good and is no longer an issue (bar the occasional chocolate), I now just have to focus on exercise. This will be more difficult with my finals in February but even regular walks will help!

My main tip would be to just keep going. I used to stop after 4 weeks, feeling frustrated at the perceived lack of progress. It wasn’t until @healthylivingabs on here pointed out that giving up won’t make me slim either that I decided to just stick at it.. and eventually… I saw a difference! So keep going even if you feel deflated!

I have a long way to go but I am so proud of how far I’ve gotten. I feel so much more confident and happy. I can’t wait to see how I look and feel in another 3 and a half months time!

Starting weight: 136lb
Goal weight: 110lb or happy!
