Sometimes I see before and after photos and I’m shocked because they don’t even look like the same person anymore.
Today I had my shocking realization when a memory popped up on Facebook and put me face to face with this lovely photo from 2 years ago.
I’m so proud of myself for changing my eating habits, and beginning to exercise..and just finally realizing that it’s time to become healthy.
Same hoody, two years apart. Over 80 lbs off my body, and a much much MUCH happier and healthy person.
