6 weeks into my journey and here is my stomach progress pretty amazing! Am I losing as much weight as I did when I did strictly cardio? NO. Am I way stronger from lifting weights? YES. Would you believe me if I told you this is just a 10 pound difference? I’ve lost 25 inches all over my body and 5.5 inches on my waist specifically. So happy and proud.
