~ monthly progress ~
I know October is not over yet but I always take my progress pictures on Friday so this is still a month of progress (4 weeks).
Didn’t manage to go to the gym as much as I hoped this month, but at least kept my diet under control.
I do feel a bit bloated today, probably because I was very sleep deprived yesterday and had ridiculous amounts of coffee. Too much coffee always makes me retain liquids like crazy.
So let’s get down to the numbers:
Height: 165cm
HW: 122kg
SW: 111kg
CW: 106kg
Loss: 5kg
Kilos to go: 46kgI am pretty happy with these. A 5kg weight loss is roughly 2.75lbs a week, which at my height seems like a slow and steady loss. I don’t want to lose too much too fast, as that never turned out well for me in the past.
Goal for November is to get back to double digits, so that would be 6kg weight loss. I am only going to be working 4 days a week from now on so it will be a lot easier to manage work/masters/gym!
