So I appreciate that my after photo is cropped at the side so it’s more difficult to see progress. However, mega progress in just wearing a swimsuit and short shorts and feeling comfortable! Let alone then being able to share a photo of me looking like that on the Internet!!! Whoop whoop.

Trying to pump myself up for the inevitable gain I’ll see on the scales tonight, but I went on holiday and it was great and I had lovely food, and even if I’ve undone a few pounds, I haven’t undone the whole 3 stone. So I still deserve to be please with myself :)
