Well well well… Here it is… my 3 weeks progress :O There is still a long way to go, there is no doubt but I am a little step closer to my goal every day! This is just clean-eating (with a couple of cheat days) and 3-4 workouts per week. So not that much, right? I do realise that if I put a little bit more effort into my eating plan and didn’t have that many cheat days, then I would probably look even better than that. But I am happy anyway :)
