(Hypothyroid and PCOS Fighter)
Starting weight: 185lbs
Last update: 170ish
Current weight: 155lbs
(30lbs down in total so far!)
Goal weight #1: 140lbs
Goal weight #2: 135lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 125lbs
Exercise: HIIT on treadmill for 30 minutes almost daily, Pilates or yoga for 30 minutes almost daily.
Supplements and Medication: Metformin (for PCOS), 2 Cayenne Supplements (once in the morning and once before I go to sleep), 2 Green Tea Supplements (in the morning).
