The picture on the top was taken about a year ago. The picture of me on the bottom was from over the weekend. Crazy comparison! -45 lbs and counting. Sometimes when I feel I’m not changing I get down on myself but after looking at these two pictures I’m so proud of myself. I’m proud of what I have accomplished and I’m looking forward to losing even more weight this year.
