This is my first time putting anything about my weight loss journey on the internet and it’s a little terrifying, but I figured that it’s worth a shot! I am 5'8" and the picture on the left is from May of 2015 when I was around 250. The picture on the left is from April of 2016, somewhere in the 220’s! I have struggled with food addiction and binge eating for years, and I have been trying so hard to work through my issues and changing my lifestyle, and slowly but surely I have been seeing results! I realized once I started seeing results that change really is possible and it’s the little choices I make every day that make for big change in the long run! I’m hoping that sharing on tumblr can maybe give me some kind of accountability for the moments where I want to give up so bad!
