ππ» Hi new friends! I love meeting new people on the same journey of living a healthy life style! I get so many food/exercise ideas and motivation from so many of you!! Hopefully I can do the same! I have lost 150lbs through my own life style change of eating healthy and incorporating weight lifting and interval cardio into my daily routine. (5-6 days a week) Most of my weight loss happened in a little over one year. I took my body from 75% body fat to 34% body fat. I’m ready for that number to get down ever further this year!!! This last year, I have been maintaining and recovering from 3 excess skin removal surgeries. (Abdominoplasty, brachioplasty and mastopexy) I plan on another procedure in the future and hopefully that’ll be my last (thigh lift) I am trying to get past my plateau and get back to losing and toning.
