Before (February) compared to ‘During’ (May)
This just goes to show that the scale really isn’t an accurate way to measure weight loss. As you can see in the photos I have lost many inches off of my waist and have toned my arms slightly, but because I gained so much muscle, I actually weigh more now than I did before!
In February I decided to kick myself in the ass and start working out again (mostly cardio), I also made a lot of permanent lifestyle changes regarding what I ate, and my day to day activity level.
These are my results, and even though I don’t look ‘perfect’ I am so so happy with the way my body is. I feel confident and happy and though I will continue to try and make myself as healthy as possible, if my body doesn’t change (if I don’t get thinner, or more toned) I think I will still be just as happy and content with myself as I am right now.
This is definitely not a fitblr so sorry to all my followers who might be annoyed by this post, I am just very happy with myself and felt the need to share!
