I wanted to submit to motivate myself, I guess.
From being 120kg, my goal was to get down to 80. I worked hard and achieved it quicker than I could have ever imagined.
I hit that target a year ago now, and have since gained 10 kilos due to complacency BUT I’m ready to get back on track.
I currently weight 90kg and for now my goal is to get under 80. Once I hit that, my goal will be 75 kilos with an ultimate goal of 65kg by the summer (December).
For the last 3 weeks I’ve made changes in my diet and lost 3kg, and starting today I’m back into working out!!!
I’m so excited to finally have some of my old motivation back :)
