I wasn’t going to post a photo this week. This long weekend I had too many treats and only worked out once for the whole week, so I figured: what’s the point?
But then I decided to get Crush and I needed “before” photos and measurements for that and guess what? I actually lost weight and inches! What a great surprise to kick start this month!
