Similar dresses but I’m definitely not the same person. 5 years ago, I depended on my wheelchair for everything. Arthritis and being overweight was hindering my walking and just everyday life.
As I’ve said before, I’ve had my share of setbacks. I’m thankful that I have had the inner strength to pick myself up each time.
I’m also thankful for the person who decided a month ago to make me their project and takes time out of their work day 5xs a week to essentially be my personal trainer. Words cannot express my gratitude.
Sometimes our journey takes an unexpected turn. I’m so glad mine did.
