Down 25 lbs in this before and during picture, I’m closer to 30lbs now but everyday I make a meal plan and stick to it. The key is being consistent, making plans and sticking to them. I go to the gym 6 days a week and focus on cardio 3 of those days, and do weight training with light cardio the other 3. I started my journey just over 6 months ago, because my goal is to also gain muscle, I haven’t seen the number on the scale change as much as I’d like but I can definitely see a difference. Still have 50 lbs to go and with every pound my confidence keeps rising!
