Hey everyone. I am a Memphis gal and depression is a constant battle for me.
The only thing that makes sense now is to take care of my health and with doing that my depression has been more controllable.

I want to be able to help people with whatever they’re going through because I’ve been there.

Eating disorder
Suicidal
Feeling like I can’t do anything
Thinking I’ll never be happy.

I’d like to at some point have enough followers to make a “team” of people that can motivate, submit progress, and can just be there for each other when we feel alone in this world.
