NOV 2014 - CURRENT
On the left I was 108kg and on the right was 93kg.
I’m currently weighing 91kg but I’m going to disregard my weight from now on as I’m going to be heavily focusing on gaining lean muscle.
I’ve made my progress this far by doing a little HIIT training with cardio and strength training 4-5 times a week.
I’ve just started a fitness Instagram and I’d love some new people to follow and watch their journeys as I go through mine. Let’s do this together!
