The first photo: I felt so tired all the time and kinda of discouraged because I was running almost every day. I went from 165 to 127!!
Not only do I feel more confident but I have more energy and my hypoglycemia seemed to completely disappear!
Things that get rid of fat quickly: Gallon of water a day (VS models do this) , don’t sit too long, try to walk/run every day, and my personal favorite don’t forget to treat yourself to some healthy yummies!
