weight loss can start as a resolution but healthy living must become a lifestyle, or else it won’t stick. food addiction is normally the result of some other underlying problem. old habits die hard. discipline is required. I love cheeseburgers and diet coke (my kryptonite 😅) but I don’t have them all the time. I don’t reward myself with food. I don’t always want to work out but I do it anyway because anything worth doing is hard. recently I’ve been less concerned with the number on the scale and more about the number I can lift, less about the measurements of my clothes and more about the height of my kicks, less about the calories and more about the quality of the food.

you’re stuck with you forever, which is a LONG time. I spent too long hating my body. you have to love you first before anyone else will (except Jesus 🙏🏼). take care of your body, and results will come
