I’m going to close out 2015 with probably my last before and after photo since I’ve finally lost the last bit of weight I’ve been wanting to lose. And dwelling in the past keeps you from looking towards the future. Body confidence is something I’ve struggled with for my entire life, and I finally feel like I’ve overcome it once and for all. I hope you all get to make your own transformation in 2016 with the love and support of those around you. Keep striving for the greatness you deserve. And remember to love yourself every step of the way.
