100 days of healthy:
The left picture is of me in February. I’m not sure of my exact weight but my highest weight in June when I started this healthy lifestyle was 197.5lbs.
I have now been eating healthy and exercising for 100 days and the picture on the right is from the week just gone. I have lost 22lbs in total so far, but what I have gained is so much more! More energy, confidence, digestive health and happiness :)
