If embarrasses me so much to share this but it needs to be done. The picture on the left was me a few years back and I’m disgusted I got to that size. So much has changed since then. The one on the right was me in Saturday. 98lbs down and feeling fantastic. I’ve still got a way to go but I’ve honestly never felt this healthy or happy in my life. I’ve got a great loving, supportive group around me and I thank every single one of you guys for your help.
