I found this comparison pic (first 2 pictures) in my old files. This is from when I first started doing anything to lose weight. First photo is June 2013, second is October 2013, and third is from a couple of weeks ago.
I’ve been on a plateau and just regained the motivation to really get back on this journey again a few weeks ago. I’ve limited my dairy and wheat intake, I drink a lot of water every day, and work out for about 30 mins 3 times a week. I also walk everywhere.
Getting there. It’s taking a while, but I’m only human. :)
