Most recent progress picture! I am so freaking proud. Once I threw away all of my excuses there was no stopping me. Train hard, eat clean and believe in yourself!
10 months progress! I can assure you this wasn’t easy, and I had plenty of bad days but there were far more good days and they added up.

I can not wait to see how far I can go in another 10 months. Not only has my appearance changed but I am so much fitter, stronger and HAPPIER!
I decided I wanted it ALL (strength, fitness, body, knowledge) and I’m chasing after it every day.

Before weight- 74kg
Current weight- 61.8kgHow:
Combination of HIIT training, strength training and low intensity cardio.
Clean and nutritious food 80% of the time. +ENOUGH food.
I have completely fallen in love with this lifestyle!!
