Goal: 145lbs, 20% bodyfat

I work out six days a week, currently doing 30min treadmill/20min elliptical, and lifting weights three days a week as well as cardio. My calorie intake is usually under 1400cal a day, no processed foods, no wheat/soy/corn/dairy, very low carb,  no added sugar other than a tbsp and a half in my coffee. I drink nothing else but water.

FitBit is my life, I couldn’t keep track of all this without it. I’m currently only losing about 2lbs a month, but my measurements are shrinking, so I’m putting on lean muscle. I can see muscle definition in my legs, especially my thighs, and my poor deflated middle-aged white lady booty is starting to fill out and lift up. Still got hanging grandma-flab under my arms, so I’m working on that.
